    As a Massage therapist, Lindsey practices integrative massage, which is a style that mixes multiple modalities based on your needs. If you have a specific issue, she’ll take you through in intake process to determine what muscles and techniques will best benefit you and help whatever dis-ease you may be dealing with.

    Modalities:

    Cupping, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Graston, Prenatal, Swedish, Trigger Point/NMT, PNF

    Lindsey received her Massage Therapy schooling from Center for Massage & Natural Health and her esthetician schooling from AB Tech Community College.
