SLOW FLOW - Monday 5:30pm

This class is taught to the level of the students that attend. We take things slow, focusing on control and stability by holding poses longer and being mindful about our movement. After this we will do some deep stretching before ending with savasana.

sculpt - Monday 6:45pm

Taught by Lindsey - All Levels/Challenge

With Pilates and Barre as inspiration, this class utilizes weights and bands to strengthen muscles and increase stability, designed to compliment your yoga practice as well as your daily life. You can always expect a warm up and ending with a deep stretch. This class is 45 minutes long.

QiFlow - Tuesday 5:30pm

Taught by Morai - All levels

Join Morai, and enjoy a free-flowing vinyasa yoga suited for all experience and comfort levels. Pranayama (breath work) will be followed by a slow, flowing sequence of meaningful movements, all guided by breath and a light heart. Elements of Hatha, Tai Chi, vinyasa flow, and Kriya are often incorporated in Morai's classes. ⁠

Zumba - Tuesday 6:45pm

Join us for an energizing Zumba class that blends Latin-inspired dance, international beats, and easy-to-follow moves — all set in the calming atmosphere of our yoga studio. Whether you're looking to boost your cardio, shake off stress, or just have fun while you sweat, this class is for you.

STRENGTH & CARDIO - Wednesday & Friday 8:30am

Taught by Lindsey - Challenge

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of exercise that includes cardio, strength, and mobility. In this class Lindsey will create a series of exercises, we move through each exercise for 30-45 minutes, 1 minute of activity and 1 minute of rest before the next exercise. You can expect to get sweaty, hear some fun tunes, and laugh together in this high energy class. (note that this is NOT a yoga class, but you are able to use regular yoga class passes.)

In this class we focus on slow and controlled movement. Great for those new to yoga as well as yoga veterans. You will find ease and challenge with modifications for all bodies. Feel strong in your body!

Ashtanga Yoga - wednesday 6:45pm

Step into a welcoming and relaxed space for this all-levels Ashtanga Yoga class. Whether you're brand new to the practice or a seasoned student, you'll be guided through a modified version of the traditional Primary Series at a steady, supportive pace. We focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness—encouraging you to listen to your body, move with intention, and enjoy the process. Expect a grounded and uplifting atmosphere where everyone is free to explore the practice at their own level.

Mindful Strength Yoga - Thursday 10:00am

Taught by Rich - All-Levels/Beginner Friendly

Build strength with intention. In this hour-long class, Rich will guide you through a thoughtful mix of slower flow sequences and longer holds designed to challenge the body while calming the mind. Each class weaves in themes to inspire and support you both on and off the mat. Accessible for all levels, Mindful Strength helps you cultivate resilience, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Creative Power Yoga - Thursday 5:30pm

Taught by D - Intermediate

This class is not your typical “Power Flow” class. Danielle uses creative sequencing instead of vinyasa flow to not only build strength and mobility, but work your brain! You can expect to sweat, get grounded, and feel cared for in this class.

Deep Stretch Yoga - Thursday 6:45pm

Taught by Dani - All levels/Gentle

Take the time to slow down, breathe deeply, and release tension in this nurturing class. Combining elements of restorative yoga and yin yoga, Deep Stretch is designed to gently open the body through longer-held postures, mindful breathwork, and plenty of support with props.

Perfect for all levels, this class creates a welcoming and accessible space where you can relax into stillness, ease tight muscles, and restore balance in both body and mind. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, recover from activity, or simply take a pause from a busy day, Deep Stretch Yoga offers the grounding reset you’ve been craving.

Power Flow - Saturday 9:30am

It’s about the journey, not the destination. While the class is taught to the level of the students that attend, you can always expect to warm up the body and get the blood flowing with some vinyasa flow, pilates inspired movements, as well as a focus on range of movement, stability, and flexibility. Lindsey always includes some play time to try the “cool” yoga poses!

Yoga Church - Sunday 9:30am

Taught by Casey - All Levels

Welcome your Sunday with movement and intention. Join Casey for a themed Vinyasa Flow class that begins with breath and gentle warm-ups, gradually building into a dynamic flow. Each week centers around a unique theme to inspire your practice, weaving in strength, balance, and mindful movement. We’ll close with deep rest in Savasana, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready for the week ahead.

There’s no religious element—just a welcoming space to breathe, reflect, and find your own sense of peace and presence before stepping back into the world.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga + Massage - Monthly

Taught by Lindsey - All levels/Gentle

This 1.5 Hour long event is not your typical restorative yoga class. In this experience, you’ll be lead through a series of gentle poses supported by props. All poses are lying on the ground, held for 5-10 minutes each, while Lindsey moves around to each person, giving them gentle massage of different areas of the body in each pose. Your nervous system will thank you for this respite!

Generally Included - Hot/cold towels, chocolate, tea, candlelight, poetry, soothing music, massage, and community time after class.

This class is longer, limited to 5 people, and requires more expertise from the teacher, so we offer this at $32 or 2 class passes.
